Our admin team would be happy to provide billing information directly to your insurance company on your behalf, to ensure your benefits are reimbursed to you as quickly as possible. Protecting the privacy of our patients is very important to us, and we will always strive to apply the best practices in electronic communications security. The admin team at our clinic provides good communication with your insurance provider while protecting your personal details. Only the essential information will be shared with your insurance provider.

Sterilization and infection control protocols

Oceana Dental practices the highest sterilization and infection control procedures—the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority.

We use proven heat sterilization methods and high-grade disinfection techniques for all instruments and equipment that is used in or near your mouth. Our infection control protocols are strictly followed by all our employees: gloves, masks and protective eyewear are required in all our examination and operating rooms.

Oceana Dental offers its new and long-time patients free consultations in order to discuss treatment options and services offered at our office. Whether you have general questions or would like to request a second opinion, we would be happy to talk to you.
