The last few months have been a difficult time for us all. We understand and share the concerns our patients have about leaving their homes, even for dental procedures.
We want to assure you that the health and safety of everyone who enters our clinic is our number one priority. Our community relies on us as an important part of their healthcare team and we take that responsibility very seriously.
What to expect for your appointment
Our clinic is following rigorous protocols to ensure we do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Here is what to expect when you visit our clinic:
- For safely reasons, only patients with an appointment will be allowed into the clinic. If the patient is a child or youth, their parent or guardian will of course be allowed to accompany them. We ask that even emergency patients call us before arriving.
- Before you enter the clinic, you will need to put on your face mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
- At the entrance, you will need to use the hand sanitizer provided for you.
- We will have a few questions to ask you about your overall health to make sure everyone entering the clinic is feeling healthy.
- We now have a contactless check-in. You’ll receive the same warm greeting but it will now be coming from behind plexi-glass.
- Please continue to wear your mask until the start of your procedure, and again after your procedure has been completed.

Doing our part to stop the spread
Here are some of the other measures we are taking.
- Minimalist waiting area. To help with our sanitization procedures, we’ve removed the magazines, coffee station, and play area from the waiting room for now.
- We’re covering up. Even though you won’t be able to see it, we’ll still be smiling behind our masks. But for our safety and yours, our teams will be wearing personal protective equipment.
- Extra sterilization. Dental clinics are probably one of the more sterile environments you can visit, however, we will be increasing sanitization of common areas for everyone’s protection.
- Air purifiers. We have upgraded our air filtration systems to allow for even better air purification.
